- The platen uses servo motors, as opposed to manual controls, thus affording smoother vertical motion in its positional adjustment.
- The platen allows you to print on items up to 3 1/2" in thickness.
- The platen remains stationary during print while the print head does the moving.
- Ensures better accuracy in printing because you are printing on a non-moving target.

- The best printing results will come from 100% cotton and 50/50 blend. Polyester requires the use of an ecosolvent ink that is compatible with the Flexi-Jet.
- CMYK ink for the Flexi-Jet is sold in 250 mL, 500 mL, and 1000 mL sizes. White ink is sold in the 1 Liter size. Pretreatment is sold by the gallon.
- With the combination of our specialty inks being water-based in formulation, you will be able to print on almost any porous surface. If the substrate is not porous, the application of an ink-receptive coating may allow you to print as well?.g. glass. We can supply you with such a pre-coat material.
- The Flexi-Jet utilizes a proprietary filtering system called APES(Airborne Particulate Evacuation System) which has a two-fold benefit : * Filters out harmful airbone particles such as dust, lint, carcinogens, etc. which can clog the print head.
